I partnered with investors and took over the build of this home after the foundation was poured and framing was started. I used my experience as a Realtor and Architectural Designer to alter the layouts and build out the basement for more value and increase sell-ability. I designed the exterior and interior look to be appealing to potential buyers in the region and got to work managing the site from budget, material selection and procurement, scheduling other trades, and supervising crews through building. Lastly I personally did the installation of the interior doors, all cabinetry, lighting, shower glass, fireplace, shelving, and accessories. I used my experience as a millwork designer to expand the kitchen into the dining and create a high end feel without the price tag. This project was all about creating the most value through function and aesthetics so that the buyer would have the best experience.
