This family bought a home on a lake and it hadn’t been updated in decades. The existing plan was not conducive to the lifestyle they desired nor did it take advantage of the amazing views right out their back door.

I visited the property and consulted with the clients, using my architecture, cabinetry and construction knowledge to provide several solutions. From removing walls and cabinets, enlarging windows and moving appliances, I showed them sketches, 3D images and plans to help them make decisions like whether to vault the ceiling.

I used Procreate and Cabinet Vision software to help me produce the images and plans.
