I partnered with an investor and purchased this home to completely renovate it. I used my experience as a Junior Architect and Realtor to produce all new designs for both the exterior and interior. I chose a clean traditional aesthetic to appeal to potential buyers and proceeded to gut and overhaul the home for a much needed update.

Managing the site included all material selections and procurement, design, budget, scheduling, collaborating with other trades, demo and construction. My role included the design and installation of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, trim, lighting, drywall, painting and accessories. My goal as always was to bring the most value to the end user through function and form so the human experience is the best for both the homeowner and the neighborhood’s residents that see it over the long term.
