This was a foreclosed home in disarray from abuse and lack of winter-proofing as it sat waiting. I saw the potential for this home and it’s beautiful setting. As an Architectural Designer I used my vision and set to producing new looks for both the exterior and interior. I chose a warm traditional aesthetic for a cozy and cheery new home.

Managing the site included all material selections and procurement, design, budget, scheduling, collaborating with other trades, demo and construction. My role included the design and installation of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, trim, lighting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, appliances, and accessories.
